Sandy Retreats was started in 1999 by Sandra Pine with one property. “After growing up outside Cleveland, Ohio, I fell in love with the fresh air, warm winters, and the extraordinary lifestyle! Sandy Pine has lived in SW Florida since 1999. She has many years experience in business. She has her Bachelor of Business Administration and also her Masters of Business Administration. She does have her Real Estate Sales License and her Real Estate Broker License.

Richard Simmons is the company’s CFO. He worked for the IRS for 30 years and also has his Masters of Business Administration. He has taught accounting on a university level. His organizational skills are invaluable

Salvatore (Tori) Prestigiacomo is the company's Property Manager and Director of Concierge Services. Tori is from Babylon New York where he worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Tori moved to Southwest Florida with his wife and 4 children in 1991. He spent 9 years as a certified HVAC and Refrigerant technician before becoming Job Superintendant for a high-end custom homebuilder in Bonita Springs, Fl. As superintendant, Tori developed an estate maintenance program for seasonal homeowners.
