Sandy Retreats was started in 1999 by Sandra Pine with one property. “After growing up outside Cleveland, Ohio, I fell in love with the fresh air, warm winters, and the extraordinary lifestyle! I am so fortunate to be living in paradise.” We take great pride in our community here and are very active members of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Sandy Pine has lived in SW Florida since 1999. She has many years experience in business. She has her Bachelor of Business Administration and also her Masters of Business Administration. She does have her Real Estate Sales License and her Real Estate Broker License.

Richard Simmons is the company’s CFO. He worked for the IRS for 30 years and also has his Masters of Business Administration. He has taught accounting on a university level. His organizational skills are invaluable

Sharon Conte, our Operations Manager, joined Sandy Retreats in 2003. Sharon has over 25 years experience as a Restaurant /Catering Business owner in Cleveland and Put In Bay, Ohio. She is the concierge and specializes in offering our clients personalized service. She always finds a way to insure our clients have the best possible Vacation while staying with Sandy Retreats.
