there additional charges besides the quoted price? |
| The quoted price for
the property includes, rent for the stated period of time,
reasonable use of all utilities and clean bed linens and towels.
You will need to pay a 6% State Tax and a 5% County Bed Tax.
There is also a $200 cleaning fee and a $100 application fee. |

How do I know you are a legitimate,
licensed company? |
| We
are professional licensed real estate agents, a member of
the Bonita Chamber of Commerce and we have testimonials from
previous, satisfied
clients. |
| How
do I make a reservation? |
| To make a reservation, you need
to contact us either by phone or email.
We need to have your contact information, full name, email,
address, and phone numbers. Once the property has been selected
and we have confirmed the dates are available, you need to
pay a $500 security deposit by credit card and sign and return
the
contract. Only then is the booking confirmed. 60 days prior
to arrival 50% of the total charges are due. Failure to pay
on time could lose you your reservation. This can be made either
by check or credit card. All of the specifics are quoted in
the contract that you will sign. |
| What
do I need to bring? |
| The house is fully equipped with
bedding, towels, kitchen and dining utensils. Bring your clothes,
drivers’ license, checkbook, money, toiletries and any
medication. All homes are within a mile or so of a Publix
supermarket
where you can do any food shopping you require. |
| What
happens if there is a hurricane? |
| Hurricane season is official from
1st June to 30th November. Hurricanes are rare, however they
have visited our area recently and we guarantee that if a hurricane
is forecast for landfall within a 50 mile radius of the residence
you are occupying we will give you a full refund if you decide
to leave or cancel. Our homes are all well built to Florida
building codes and some have extra hurricane protection windows
or shutters. Your safety is our first priority and we will keep
you updated on advisories regarding path and strength. |
| What
happens if I need to cancel my booking? |
| If the cancellation
is made 90 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be given.
If the cancellation is made with in 90 days of the arrival
date, we will work hard to re rent the property and return
your deposit. If we can reschedule you for another date we
will, but with high season bookings, it is important that we
rebook the homes before the refund is given. |
| What
happens if we want our families to visit us during our stay? |
| Providing the home is suitable for
the amount of guests you wish to have and you advise us of their
names and ages, in advance, we would be happy to accommodate
extra guests. |
| Can
we bring our pets? |
| Ask us when you call about
your pets. Some of our homes allow pets, some do not. There
will be an extra charge of $150 for cleaning carpets. If you
do bring a cat or dog, we request that you use Frontline Flee
treatment a month before you come and during your stay. Flees
can be expensive to eliminate from a home. We will also ask
you to pay for the carpets to be cleaned along with the standard
cleaning fee.

| Can
we bring our boat? |
There are some homes where keeping
a boat or truck on a drive is not permitted in the community
rules. Other homes are fine and we can direct you towards one
of these homes. We
even have condo rentals with their own boat dock.
